Terms of Service
This document establishes the binding framework for accessing Bangkok DataStream. By utilizing our real-time analytics and business intelligence platform, you agree to the operational standards and legal boundaries detailed below.
Agreement Status
Usage of BangkokDataStream.digital constitutes a formal acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

1. Platform Authorization
Bangkok DataStream grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our real-time analytics dashoards. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Any unauthorized access to the business intelligence portal must be reported to our Silom Road headquarters immediately.
- Access is restricted to verified enterprise partners.
- Credential sharing outside the registered organization is strictly prohibited.
- Automated scraping of data stream outputs is not permitted without explicit written consent.
2. Data Integrity & Usage
While we strive for 99.9% accuracy in our data insights, we acknowledge that real-time feeds are subject to upstream latency and external variations. Bangkok DataStream provides insights "as is" and "as available."
Users agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities within the Kingdom of Thailand or their respective jurisdictions. This includes the attempted reverse-engineering of our proprietary extraction algorithms.
3. Intellectual Property
All codebase, analytical frameworks, visualization styles, and the "Bangkok DataStream" brand identity are the exclusive property of Bangkok DataStream.
Output reports generated for specific clients are owned by the client, provided that the underlying methodologies and software used to generate them remain our intellectual property.
4. Service Continuity
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of our business intelligence platform for maintenance or system upgrades. Scheduled downtime will be communicated via the primary contact email at least 24 hours in advance, except in emergency cases involving security patches.
5. Liability Provisions
Bangkok DataStream shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our real-time analytics services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service during the preceding three-month period.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangkok.
Arbitration
Initial resolution through direct negotiation followed by Thai legal mediation platforms.
Global Reach
International users must comply with local Thai export laws regarding data residency.
