In alignment with Thailand's PDPA regulations, personal data collected from clients in the Kingdom is stored primarily within our secure Silom-based infrastructure, ensuring minimal cross-border exposure and maximum speed for local query execution.
4. Retention and Erasure
Personal data is retained only for the duration of your active engagement with Bangkok DataStream. Upon termination of service or upon a verified request for deletion, we initiate a secure purging process that removes data from our primary servers within 30 days. Backup archives are overwritten on a rolling 90-day cycle.
